  Jenn, the Manager, proceeded to tell me if I were to continue being a customer here I was going to be trespassed, even though every time I visit I purchase the same iced coffee and occasionally a donut or two to try to help increase their average net sales. I pay full price regardless of the fact that my fiancée works there and their lack of a military discount. She constantly berates staff in front of customers and other employees which could be brought up as a hazing charge assuming they have a hazing policy or equal opportunity policy. There is a highly unacceptable amount of ants and roaches on the premises which I intend to contact corporate about. I've been overhearing many of the staff complaining about checks also being incorrect, mostly not enough money which leads me to believe the establishment should be audited which I will also bring up to corporate. I've been nothing but kind and well mannered as I am a civilized and sensible individual, but this treatment is completely uncalled and unjustifiable. I have no complaints about the food or service other than the poor management. This situation will continue to go up the chain through corporate until it is resolved.

  I am a regular customer an every time I come through, before they can see who's ordering, they always treat me respectfully and convivially. Their social pick-me-up easily outweighs the noticeably scant amounts of caffeine, but if you're a neurostimulant fan, you can always add some espresso shots for little out of your pocket. The front entrance to the store will attempt to rip off your front bumper (I've personally seen people lose them) so enter the parking lot with care. You also can't sue them because their cups warn you the hot coffee you have inside those heat insulated cup is, in fact, hot, and you should refrain from scalding yourself. So enjoy!

  Best coffee at a dunkin donuts so far! And the staff is so friendly and service was fast with a smile!
